- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup water of diced chestnuts
- 2 green chopped onions
Lettuce Wraps
- 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated and washed
Additional Toppings
- Shredded carrots
- Bean sprouts
- Chopped peanuts
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
Peanut Sauce
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons water
Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Make Cheesecake Factory Thai Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Filling

- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce is as thick or thin as you like.
Step 3: Prepare the Sweet Chili Sauce
- In another small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce together.

- Put the lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- Spoon the chicken filling onto each lettuce leaf.
