Cookie dough is a classic favorite! Some say it’s best out of the bowl of cookie dough for baking, but why not let it have it’s own separate recipe?!

This 5 Ingredient Edible Cookie Dough only has five ingredients, and the texture is so perfect! Its a single serve recipe, but you can always increase the ingredients to make it a bigger batch for more people. This might be a good idea, because I can guarantee it’ll disappear fast!

This cookie dough is made with almond flour, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and dark chocolate chips. It has a simple but timeless chocolate peanut butter flavor, and the oats give it the perfect thick consistency. Whether you’re gluten free or not, I think you’ll like this recipe!

Ingredients for this 5 Ingredient Cookie Dough:

  • Almond flour
  • Gluten free quick oats
  • Peanut Butter
  • Maple Syrup
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

What You’ll Need: 

  • Small bowl
  • Measuring cups/spoons
  • Small mixing spoon


  • I’d recommend storing in the fridge in an air tight container in order to maintain freshness!

  • 4 tbsp Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

    In a small bowl, combine almond flour and oats.

    Add in peanut butter and maple syrup and combine thoroughly.

    Stir in chocolate chips.
