These chocolate chip cookie bars are TO. DIE. FOR. I turned my gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe into bars and they came out so fluffy and with the best texture!

Cook time: 17 minutes
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and coconut sugar.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and fold in dark chocolate chips.
Transfer batter to lined baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 14-18 minutes, checking to see if a knife comes out clean.
Add more chocolate chips on top if desired (I mean…I’d recommend it) and enjoy!
