Happy Friday! I’ve got the perfect way to kick off the weekend right here! Introducing…the Chocolate Chip Muffin Skillet! Who even knew that existed?!
I can’t think of a better recipe to start 2021 recipe development off with…this one’s going to be a favorite! Basically, this dessert is one big muffin, but it’s baked in a skillet. It’s got the fluffiest texture and a sweet, light flavor. It’s best served right out of the skillet while still warm! You could top it with vanilla ice cream, sautéed bananas, or any fresh fruit.
This dessert is perfect for a night in with your family or friends. Whether you’re having a game night, a movie night, or just hanging out, this recipe is perfect because it only requires 12 ingredients and about 22 minutes in the oven. This recipe is based off of my Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Muffins, so check those out if you prefer individual muffins!
