Cookie Dough Truffles

Soft, chewy cookie dough, inside a dark chocolate shell.
- 8 tbsp Almond flour
- 4 tbsp Quick oats
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Dark chocolate pieces
- 1/2 tsp Flakey sea salt
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Stir until cookie dough consistency forms.
Scoop cookie dough and roll into balls (should make 9-10 balls).
Place balls in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
While cookie dough balls are freezing, melt dark chocolate chips or pieces in a small glass bowl.
Remove cookie dough balls from the freezer, and dip/roll each ball in the melted chocolate until completely coated.
Place on a plate lined with wax paper, and sprinkle with sea salt while chocolate is still sticky.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy!
