Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Truffles

Did someone say YUM?? Made a new truffle recipe last week and it’s absolutely divine! They have a peanut butter/dark chocolate filling and a dark chocolate shell drizzled with white chocolate. Perfect for the holidays or to keep in your freezer for a treat anytime!

Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Truffles

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp Almond flour
  • 4 tbsp Quick oats
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup White chocolate chips

Method

  • 1)

    Combine almond flour, oats, maple syrup. peanut butter, and cacao powder in a mixing bowl. 

  • 2)

    Roll cookie dough into balls (2tbsp each).

  • 3)

    Freeze for 1 hour.

  • 4)

    Just before removing cookie dough balls from the freezer, melt dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl by microwaving 30 seconds at a time and stirring frequently.

  • 5)

    Remove cookie dough balls from the freezer and roll in dark chocolate until entirely coated.

  • 6)

    Allow truffles to set for 5 minutes on a plate. 

  • 7)

    Melt white chocolate and then pour into the corner of a plastic Zip-lock bag or piping bag. Cut a ver small hole in the corner of the bag, then drizzle over truffles. 

  • 8)

    Enjoy!
