Happy Sunday, everyone! I’m so excited to share these muffins with you all. They are so delicious, a little crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! These muffins are bakery-style, with the exact muffin top shape that you find in a bakery case.

They’re made with simple and wholesome ingredients, but they don’t compromise on flavor either. You’ll need just 10 ingredients to make these, and 20 minutes in the oven!

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make These Muffins: 

  • Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • Cacao Powder
  • Baking Powder
  • Eggs
  • Maple Syrup
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Almond Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

What You’ll Need to Make These Muffins: 

  • Oven
  • Microwave
  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Mixing bowls

Storage: 

  • For 2-3 days, you can store these muffins in a loosely covered container. After that, transfer to an air tight container and store them in the freezer. Defrost before enjoying!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/5 tsp Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven to 350F.

  • 2)

    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cacao powder, and baking powder.

  • 3)

    In a separate bowl, combine eggs, maple syrup, coconut sugar, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

  • 4)

    Combine dry and wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.

    Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.

    Transfer batter to muffin tins and fill until almost completely full, but not overflowing.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
