Fudgy Brownies

Ever since I went gluten-free in 2015, I’ve been searching for the perfect gluten and dairy free brownie. Brownies are the absolute best treat…in an ice cream sundae, warmed up with some powdered sugar, or straight from the pan, they are truly the best!

These brownies have the best chocolate-y flavor! They have a more cake-y texture than typical brownies, and they are SO GOOD.

Ingredients You’ll Need To Make These Brownies: 

-Gluten free all purpose flour

-1/2 cup cacao powder

-1 tsp baking powder

-3/4 cup coconut sugar

-1/2 cup maple syrup

-3 eggs

-1.5 tsp vanilla

-1/4 cup coconut oil

Tools You’ll Need To Make These Brownies: 

-One mixing bowl

-Mixing spoons


-Microwave or stovetop

Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

  • Prep time: 15 minutes
  • Cook time: 30 minutes
  • Total time: 45 minutes


Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Melted coconut oil



  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 350F.

  • 2)

    Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.

  • 3)

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • 4)

    Transfer to baking dish.

  • 5)

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
