Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 Mashed Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
Method
- 1)
Turn on waffle maker and grease lightly with oil spray or butter.
- 2)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
- 3)
Scoop 1/2 cup at a time onto waffle maker and cook until steaming.
- 4)
Remove from waffle maker and repeat until all batter is gone.
- 5)
Top with maple syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
