Fudgy Gluten Free Brownies

Brownies! Brownies are one of my top-tier favorite treats on the planet. There are very few things better than a warm brownie fresh out of the oven with some powdered sugar sprinkled on top.  I’ve been working on perfecting my GF brownie recipe for a looooonnnnggg time, and after many, many iterations, I’m proud to introduce you all to my new friends: 

These brownies are gluten free, dairy free, and you need just 7 ingredients to make them! I’d recommend topping them with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, or some fresh strawberries. 

Ingredients You Need for These Gluten Free Brownies:

  • Gluten free all purpose flour 
  • Baking powder 
  • Cacao powder 
  • Eggs
  • Coconut oil 
  • Sugar
  • Maple syrup

Tools You’ll Need to Make These Gluten Free Brownies:

  • Mixing bowl 
  • Measuring spoons and cups 
  • Oven
  • Microwave

Fudgy Gluten Free Brownies

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 25 minutes
  • Total time: 35 minutes


  • 1 cup All purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup


  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 350F.

  • 2)

    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cacao powder. Stir together thoroughly.

  • 3)

    Add eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup to bowl.

  • 4)

    Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.

  • 5)

    Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.

  • 6)

    Transfer batter to baking dish and flatten with a spatula.

  • 7)

    Bake for 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
