Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, combine flax seed meal and water and set aside for 5 mins.
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients, and stir in flax eggs.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop about 2 tbsp/cookie onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and flatten into cookie shape.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until cookies are set on top.
