Today’s the day! Finally making a permanent blog home for my most popular recipe EVER…Microwave Baked Oats! This recipe is seriously like having dessert for breakfast. It’s got the same flavor and texture of oven baked oatmeal, but it’s ready in 10 minutes instead of an hour!

Ingredients You’ll Need for these Baked Oats:
- Quick oats
- Almond milk
- Maple syrup
- Peanut butter
- Baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate chips
Tools You’ll Need for these Baked Oats:
- Microwave safe dish/bowl
- Measuring spoons and cups
- Microwave
Storage Tips:
- You can store these baked oats in the fridge in the microwave safe dish, covered loosely with foil!
