2 cups shredded coconut 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped Extra shredded coconut, for rolling

Step 1

Get a big bowl and put in the shredded coconut, sweet milk, and vanilla extract. Mix them all really well until everything looks mixed, this is important.

Use a small scoop to take some of the mixture from the bowl. Then, roll it into a ball shape with your hands. Keep doing this until you've made all the mixture into little balls.

Put the coconut balls onto a tray that has parchment paper on it. Then, stick the tray in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes. This helps the balls get nice and firm.
