You can easily make super soft and delicious Coconut Snowball Truffles, Based on coconut and covered with white chocolate.
I made this Coconut Snowball Truffles recipe last weekend. The cooking process was fun for me. I had my little daughter help me. She created her own shapes, just like my mother did with me as a kid.

How to Make Coconut Snowball Truffles?

Put the coconut balls onto a tray that has parchment paper on it. Then, stick the tray in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes. This helps the balls get nice and firm.

While you’re waiting for the balls to get firm, you can melt the white chocolate. Put the white chocolate in a bowl that’s safe to use with heat. Then, put that bowl over another bowl with hot water. Mix the chocolate until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 5:
Once the coconut balls are firm and the chocolate is melted, it’s time to coat the balls. Take each coconut ball and dip it into the melted chocolate. Make sure it’s covered all over with chocolate.
Step 6:
After you’ve dipped all the balls, put them back on the tray. Then, sprinkle some more shredded coconut on top of each one.

Stick the tray back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This helps the chocolate on the balls to harden.
