  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup of scallions, chopped

For the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Maggiano’s Salad Recipe
