Hi friends! I’m so excited because today I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes! I love a crunchy granola recipe. Making granola at home is the best because it is so much cheaper than purchasing granola at the store, and you can customize it with any flavors that you want!
This granola is flavored with cinnamon and coconut sugar, and it has the perfect crunch. I like to use my granola to top oatmeal, yogurt bowls, or to have as a snack with fruit.
Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Granola:
- Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts
- Melted Coconut Oil
- Maple Syrup
- 1+1/2 tsp Primal Palate Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning Mix
*If you don’t have the Primal Palate Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning Mix, you can combine 3/4 tsp cinnamon and 3/4 tsp coconut sugar.
What You’ll Need to Make This Granola:
- One baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Large mixing bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Measuring spoons and cups
- I store my granola in mason jars or Tupperware containers!
