Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt

This sandwich or wrap (call it whatever you like!) is absolutely delicious and satisfying. I’m a huge fan of the Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt, but unfortunately, Taco Bell recently removed it from their menu. Many people, like myself, were disappointed because that particular sandwich from Taco Bell was incredibly tasty and loved by many.

So I decided to recreate it in my kitchen. It might not be exactly like the original, but it’s a satisfying alternative for me. Surprisingly, the taste was almost identical to the original Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt.

This Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt is packed with lots of flavors, combining tender chicken, spicy chipotle, melted cheese, and crispy tortillas.

What is Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt?

The Taco Bell Chicken Chipotle Melt is a beloved sandwich (or burrito, wrap, or whatever you prefer to call it) served at Taco Bell. It’s adored by many for its delicious combination of flavors. Typically features tender chicken, spicy chipotle sauce, gooey melted cheese, and crispy tortillas.

To make your own at home, you’ll need some simple ingredients including boneless, skinless chicken breasts, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, chipotle sauce, and flour tortillas. Simply cook the chicken in a skillet with taco seasoning until it’s no longer pink, then warm the tortillas in the same skillet. Spread chipotle sauce on each tortilla, top with the cooked chicken and shredded cheese, fold it in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
