I enjoyed making this Stir Fry Wagyu Beef, The dish was so awesome, so juicy and so delicious, with some favorite vegetables, the meal was perfect for me.

Stir fry Wagyu beef is a super yummy dish that mixes soft Wagyu beef with tasty stir-fry flavors. It’s perfect when you desire a quick meal full of juicy meat and some crunchy veggies.

I chose the Wagyu beef because it’s extra special and super delicious. The meat is tender and juicy, and it makes the stir fry taste amazing, Also I keep hearing about it and how it’s tasty is, so I decided to try it in this Stir Fry dish, and to be honest is not disappoint me, the taste was perfect, and don’t worry, this recipe can be made with any meat you want, I will mention some variations below if you want other deferent meats such chicken or even fish.

And for the vegetables, well it’s optional, you can use any veggies you like the most, for my recipe I used only Brocolie and Union, but bell peppers and some mushrooms are great options to try as well.

It’s simply because of the taste and how easy it is to make. The taste was delicious, I love the meat’s taste and how soft and tender it is. The vegetables add an extra tasty addition to the dish. I chose broccoli and onion because I want them to add some crunchy taste to every bite I have. I really enjoyed eating this dish, with every bite with my fork, I make sure to have a piece of onion, broccoli, and meat, of course. Oh, the taste was amazing, especially with some Black Garlic bread I was having and some iced tea. The meal was perfect for my dinner, and all the family loved it, which gave me extra joy.

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, I used Union and Brocolie for my recipe but you can use any veggies you desire.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Stir Fry Wagyu Beef?

Step 1:

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Make sure everything is mixed up well. Then, put it to the side and leave it there.

Get a big pan and put it on the stove. Turn the heat up so it’s nice and hot.

Step 3:

Put the thinly sliced Wagyu beef into the hot pan. Listen to the sizzle! Cook the beef until it turns a little brown on all sides. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Now, move the beef to one side of the pan. On the other side, add all the mixed vegetables I added Brocolie and Union. Cook them very well but still a bit crunchy, which usually takes about 4-6 minutes.

Step 5:

Once the veggies are cooked, pour the sauce that you made earlier over the beef and veggies. Give it all a good stir so the sauce covers everything nicely. Let it cook for a little while longer, maybe 3-5 minutes more.

Step 6:

Time to add a little extra flavor! Sprinkle some salt and pepper over everything. You can add as much or as little as you like, depending on how you like it.

Step 7:

Now get a plate and put some cooked rice of course if you love to. Then, scoop the stir-fried Wagyu beef on top. this is how usually served, but you can also enjoy it alone or with a piece of garlic bread.

  • Before cooking, you can marinate the Wagyu beef in the sauce mixture for about 15-30 minutes. This will help the meat soak up all the delicious flavors.

  • As I said, you can add any veggies you like, I just want to make it with Brocolie and Union as for me are the best vegetables that go very delicious with kinds of beef.
